Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the continental United States on all orders of $999 or more.  For orders under $999, there is a 20% shipping fee.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after you provide the shipping address. Your order will be shipped from one of our several warehouses across North America to optimize shipping time and cost. We have negotiated the best possible rates with our Courier Service providers, so you always get the best shipping rates.

Please provide your complete shipping address, including unit number, street name, city, state, and zip code, to avoid delivery delays.

Important notice regarding your shipping address:
P.O. boxes are used to receive mail items sent only through federal postal services. Our shipping couriers do not have access to P.O. boxes. Please do not use a P.O. box for your shipping address.

We do not offer free shipping to remote or extended areas. You can email us at zuzu@zuzulinens.com to find out about shipping to extended areas, including Caribbean Islands and other remote areas.

Shipping rates are based on the order size and your shipping location. Shipping surcharges may apply on certain oversized or heavy items.

We provide ground shipping via multiple Courier Services and deliver your order within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy

We understand that our customers might need to return or exchange their purchases. Therefore, we offer quick and easy returns under following conditions:

We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. For example, if you receive your order on 01.01.20XX, you can initiate the return by 07.01.20XX.

Important note: All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing. Products that have been used or washed will not be accepted.

 

Return and Shipping Charges

If the items delivered to you do not match the order, ZuZu Linens will pay the total return shipping charges.

However, if the items delivered are correct and match the order, the customer will pay the total return shipping charges. In this case, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. 

 

Return Procedure

You can initiate an exchange or return via our contact us page or by emailing us at zuzu@zuzulinens.com.

 When filling out the return form, please make sure you include the following information:

-        Full Name
-        Order Number
-        Phone Number
-        Email Address
-        Reason for the return

Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will contact you with instructions on where to send the items. 

You will also be provided a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Please write that number down on the shipping label when you ship your return order.

After your return is received and the inspection of the product is completed, your refund will be issued immediately and it will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Although you can place your orders online 24/7, our order processing and customer service department works Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Please consider these working hours if your order is urgent, or if you are expecting a reply from our customer service.

As an example, orders placed on a Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday, and this order will be picked up by the courier service the same or the following business day.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Please refer to this code for an update regarding the estimated delivery date, your order’s current status, and more.


When will I receive my refund?

Check your credit card/bank account again if you haven't received a refund within 5 business days.  Additionally, please get in touch with your financial institution's customer service if you still don't see the refund. Sometimes refunds take some time before they are officially posted.
