Shipping & Returns


Since we ship via Courier Services and not through the federal postal service, we cannot deliver your order to a PO box. Please use a full street address to expedite your delivery and to avoid delays.

Orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, we will calculate the shipping rates based on the order size and your shipping location.

Our customer service team will contact you with your shipping cost and will require payment for the shipping cost before the order is released from our warehouse.


Due to COVID-19 all sales are final and we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are ordering correct size.

All returns must have a written RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be reported to our team within 5 days of product receipt.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in original packing. 

The total return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

A 20% Restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds will not be issued until the product is received and inspected by our team.
